I've been playing around with watercolor a bit and really enjoying it. I was set up next to a watercolorist at an art show a couple weeks ago and was so enthralled to watch her work, it got me wanting to try watercolor again. I bought a book and studied it and now I'm practicing. Any informative critique would be welcomed. I'm thinking I may use watercolor as an underpainting (letting some of it show through) on some larger pastels once I get a bit better at them. I used frisket to reserve the whites but also added just a bit of gauche at the end.
